PROJECT BACKGROUND

We worked with the PA CHW Collaborative as they were transitioning from a coalition to a 501(c)3 non-profit.

For this project, Social Impact Studio supported the PA CHW Collaborative non-profit formation task force with developing a mission, vision, and leadership structure. In addition, we developed and managed the nomination and selection process for the initial board of directors. Throughout the process, the Studio integrated activities such as a coalition-wide survey and virtual Q&A call, to support coalition member feedback and support for the non-profit’s formation.
