PROJECT BACKGROUND

For this project, Social Impact Studio supported the CONTACT Altoona board of directors to develop their first strategic plan since 2011. Committed to tailoring our work to meet client needs, this process included paper-based and electronic surveys to volunteers and board members, interviews with staff, and two in-person workshops with the board of directors to develop their three-year strategic plan. We also developed a “workbook” style strategic plan, to support their ongoing and active use of the strategic plan over the next few years.
