HERE’S WHAT WE DID
For this project, Social Impact Studio Consulting supported the PACHW Collaborative board of directors with developing their first strategic plan and business plan for the non-profit organization. Throughout the process, the Studio integrated activities such as a partner interviews, focus groups with volunteer committee members and leaders, review of other CHW association infrastructures, and a strategic planning session with the Board.
