HERE’S WHAT WE ARE DOING
For this project, one of our team members supported two partnering consulting firms, DRS Group & R. Adams & Associates, in preparation for an in-person board retreat and strategic priority development session for a local federally qualified health center (FQHC) in North Carolina. In this role, we worked with the principal consultants to develop agendas, presentation slides and materials, organized notes, developed the final report, and facilitated communications with the FQHC’s CEO for two board retreats, one in 2023 and a second in 2025.
