HERE’S WHAT WE ARE DOING
For this project, one of our team members served as the Interim Operations Director for Perinatal Health Equity Initiative (PHEI). In this role, we developed and updated internal team policies and handbooks, supported communication and documentation for financial accountability, identified and procured a new HR vendor, built the PHEI budget, and supported the Executive Director through strategic thought partnership.
