PROJECT BACKGROUND

For this project, we are working with Chapin Hall to support Lutheran Services in America (LSA) as they work with five LSA sites across the midwest and pacific northwest to implement wrap-around programs that incorporate the voices of, and are led by, those involved in the programming. To do so, we meet every other month with each site, with regular touchpoints in between. During these coaching sessions, we discuss opportunities to imbed community engagement principles and strategies into their work, while providing resources and advisory support as they develop and implement approaches that are unique to their communities.
