HERE’S WHAT WE ARE DOING
For this project, Social Impact Studio Consulting supported the TLC Work-Based Training Program Board of Directors to develop a strategic plan, designed to guide the organization as it brought on new board members and sought to expand its staffing and investment in the community.
To do so, we developed a survey for board members designed to identify their initial goals, aspirations, and dreams for their community, conducted focus groups with TLC's existing partners, and held an in-person board retreat that led to the development of their new strategic plan.
